Return policy

Please let us know if there is anything wrong with your order by emailing us at hello@zenergimatcha.com.au including your order number. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to reach your account.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.

Matcha tins are exempt from being returned once being opened. Please note that the cost of a return is covered by you.

Shipping Policy

Once orders are received, please allow us 1-2 business days to package and send your order.

Zenergi Matcha currently only ships within Australia via Australia Post. Generally, it takes 2-6 business days for regular post, and 1-3 business days for express post (within metropolitan areas only).
